ReplyTone ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Chrome Extension and Web Dashboard.
AI Processing: ReplyTone processes social media posts in real-time to generate reply suggestions. This text is processed in-memory by our backend and is never stored on our servers after the response is generated.
Extension Data: The extension does not track your browsing history. It only accesses the content of the current tab when you explicitly interact with it on supported platforms (Twitter/X).
Account Information: We store your email address and basic profile settings (like your preferred tone and bio) via Supabase to provide your account services.
We use Google Gemini API for AI text generation and Supabase for authentication and database management. These services have their own privacy policies which govern how they handle data.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. All communication between the ReplyTone extension, the web dashboard, and our servers is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Your account access is protected by secure authentication protocols to ensure that only you can access your profile and usage data.
